At Le Bistrot Français, gastronomy gains depth through the vision of two extraordinary culinary minds: Tom Meyer – awarded two Michelin stars and the title Meilleur Ouvrier de France, culinary consultant – and Pedro Mendes, Executive Chef, a renowned Portuguese chef recognized internationally for his innovative approach to cuisine and his deep respect for seasonal and local ingredients. Pedro Mendes was the first Portuguese chef selected for the exclusive “Les Rencontres Etoilees” program by the Alain Ducasse Academy, and he is celebrated for his ability to blend influences from Portugal, France, and Romania into refined, memorable dishes. Together, they craft a kitchen philosophy that marries French mastery with local inspiration, turning every plate into an unforgettable experience.
